1|Boil one cup of water in a sauce pan and turn off once the water has reached boiling point.
2|Break 2/3 leaves into smaller pieces and add to saucepan.
3|Ensure leaves are submerged into the water with a spoon and cover for 30mins-45 mins
4| Stir, strain and pour into a mug and add Brown sugar, Agave or sweetener of choice.
5| To re brew boil kettle and pour water over the leaves and cover for 30 mins.
Drink hot or cold , refrigerate once cooled.
